The Home of Hope

The Goani Op Tidde' (Dry River) Valley was once home to a large lake that was fed water from the melting snow of the Ice Pennisula far to the north. However, river redirection to Apple Woods and Arceliaze to meet with water demands left the lake here dried up since late 5th turn, with the old lakeside town of Laesi that once stood here closing down.

However, a few decades ago the land where the village stood was purchased and a new village was built: Pauwe Kollovani, meaning 'New Kollovan', referring to another closed down city that existed near Dragon's Peak.

The land was bought by a wealthy Quayoffi businesswoman and her sons. She proceeded to Eke out several business ventures, earning herself stake in multiple industries across Arcea. It's unknown what the secret to her success is, but it's helped enrich parts of Arcea as it flails in the wake of its 6th Turn economic recession.

Pauwe Kollovani itself is a beautifully decorated town, sporting some of the finest architecture that it's earned the nickname "Little Arceliaze". Several businesses reside there and it's a popular spot to host business conventions and meetings between enterprising nobles looking to strike deals with their fellow owners.
